How does a corrupt court favor a party and try to make it look legitimate?
An opponent will misstate the facts and pleading.
The judge will restate the lies and incorrect pleadings made by the opponent,
as if they are your facts. Then the judge will make a ruling based on their lies.
When you see this it should be reported immediately
to some oversight organization.
Don't address the ruling. Only address
the misrepresentation of your facts by the judge.
If a complaint is made to an investigative committee, and you discuss the ruling,
the committee will typically say evaluating "legal" issues is not their job,
which is what the ruling was.
Undoubtedly there are many other techniques to avoid honorable adjudication of the law,
but this is one and it is done by judges in California superior and appellate courts.
If one puts in any extra facts, not absolutely essential to the cause of action,
a corrupt court will find some way to misapply the facts and distort a pleading to
the benefit of their preferred party. In other words, don't get into character,
motivation, settings, circumstances,...nothing, unless absolutely essential to
the basic elements of the cause of action. Save extras for trial.
